This Initiatives concerns itself in contemporary issues of higher education in the Middle East and North Africa.  Often an area that is misrepresented in academia, the purpose of this center is to promote relevant academic research, and to  provide consultancy and development throughout a network of professional practitioners in tertiary education, with a vision geared to enhancing organizational quality.
